  • It is difficult to put into words how much I recommend Seasons & Sentiments. Ann Marie went above and beyond my wildest expectations. My dearest friend was about to have surgery (the day I called S&S) and has been battling a serious illness since January. I wanted something personal delivered to her. Anne Marie made that happen -- and fast. She made it her personal mission. She called me to make sure that the balloons were exactly the way I wanted, and since there was not an appropriate 'get well' balloon for this situation, Ann Marie personalized the balloons herself. Ann Marie delivered these balloons the day I called her. I also ordered an engraved bracelet. Ann Marie contacted the company personally and was able to expedite the process so this bracelet could be shipped out the same day; Ann Marie delivered the bracelet the next day. Two separate trips to the hospital she made without hesitation. Several days later when I was able to make it to the hospital, I saw for myself the personalized balloons and bracelet. My friend's family said that everyone who came into the room commented on the personalized balloons. The bracelet was beautiful and high quality, the engraving was perfect. The text message I received from my friend upon receipt was ‘loved, loved, loved the bracelet’. I cannot thank Ann Marie enough, she made extraordinary efforts on my behalf... she is truly an angel.
