Finding Out Your Order Status:
- To find out about the status of your order, please email us with your name, contact information and the order number that was given when you placed the order originally.
About Our Online Ordering:
- We are able to take orders online securely 24 hours a day 7 days a week. You may order items for immediate delivery or for delivery on a specified future date. When you submit your order online with us, you will receive an email order confirmation shortly after. If you do not receive one please contact us immediately. We also recommend after you have completed your order that you log into your account to verify that your account is active and that the order is in our system. This also ensures that we have a record of your contact information in case we need to contact you.

Payment Methods We Accept:
- We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover. We use a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) secure order system which guarantees that your credit card information is encrypted before transmitting it over the Internet.
Sales Tax We Must Collect:
- By law we must collect 5% sales tax for all items that are being delivered to or in Virginia. The site will include this tax at checkout based on the addresses entered.
Personalized Cards Enclosed With Gifts:
- A personalized enclosure card will be included in all of your items with the message that you choose. Please remember to include your name and/or company name, so that the recipient knows who the gift is from.
Possible Substitutions:
- All gifts and items that are pictured may be substituted. At times we may need to substitute items within one of our gifts, to ensure freshness and timely delivery. We will always substitute of equal or greater value, without compromising the theme, design, color, or quality of the gift.
If Needing to Cancel an Order:
- If you desire to cancel an order after you have made it please email us ASAP and we will do our best to stop it before it ships out. If the order has already been shipped but not delivered, you will still be charged for the shipping price but the item price will be credited back.
If Needing To Return or Exchange:
- If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return the item in its original condition for a refund of the purchase price (minus the cost of the original shipping amount). Seasons and Sentiments must be notified within 3 days of receiving the item and you will in turn be given an authorization number for the return. We are not able to accept any return without an authorization number. Please contact us prior to returning the item so that we can inform you where to return the gift to.
If Gift is Damaged or Incorrect:
- We pride ourselves in providing high quality gifts, however in rare instances a gift may be shipped that is damaged, defective or is not the one you ordered. You must let us know within 3 days of receiving the gift and we will then tell you where to return/ship the gift to. At that time you will also be given the opportunity to either have it replaced or be credited for it. If you do not want to keep it and desire a refund, within 30 days after first notifying us you must return it to us undamaged, in its original packaging and all of the original package materials and items in place and unused/not worn. When doing so please be sure to ship it back to us carefully repackaged so that no damage will take place during shipping. If it is in new condition we must receive it back in the same condition before receiving credit of the item. Once we have received the items that you sent back we will then refund you the price of the item once seen that it is in new condition. When shipping back to us for a return you are responsible for the shipping fees.
Attention:
While our suppliers make every effort to ensure that only the ingredients shown are included in your gift, it is very likely that your gift ingredients may have been processed using equipment that may have traces of a variety of nut, fruit, grain or dairy products. If the recipient or others the might consume our gifts are highly allergic to common food products, for their safety we highly recommend that you order one of our non-food gifts.

Jewelry and Gifts – Engraved & Non-Engraved Policies:
Jewelry and Gifts – Engraved & Non-Engraved:
- Your order will be personalized just as you have specified on your order, so be sure to give your details of engraving carefully. Traditionally monograms are done in the order of First, LAST, Middle/Maiden initials and the center letter (Last name initial) is larger. Any monograms will be done with this stated style unless you let us know otherwise. Give monograms in the order you want them appear. For Example: John Andrew Smith's monogram would look like this JSA.
Defective | Damaged Items:
- Defective or damaged items must be reported to us within 72 hours of receipt. If you do not make us aware within 72 hours of receiving it, the return policy is null and void. Engraved items will be exchanged for an identical item once we have received the original piece. Be sure to follow these instructions for returning items:
Return Policy:
- For jewelry or gifts that have not been engraved, they can be returned within 30 days as long as they are unused. You will be charged a 25% restocking fee and will be responsible for the return shipping charge. For jewelry or gifts that have been engraved or personalized they can be returned within 30 days, but you will only be credited for ½ of what you paid originally and will also be responsible for the return shipping charge. For any return you must contact us to receive a return authorization number.
Shipping:
- The customer accepts all costs when it comes to shipping returns.
Order Change/Cancellation Policy:
- Email if you have any questions prior to ordering. Once engraved items/orders have started the personalization process, we will not be able to accept any edits/changes or cancellations.
Ring Size:
- Both men’s and women’s ring sizes are a universal standard sizing. We carry whole sizes 4-10 and only a few rings that go up to size 12. To determine what size you should order, go to a jeweler and measure using their mandrel or other universal jewelry sizer. Note that some of the thicker band rings may run a tiny bit small due to the thickness of the band.
Turn Around Time:
- During the various holidays throughout the year it can take up to 3 business days before an order gets completed and shipped out due to volume of orders and high demand, otherwise it is normally completed the same day to one business day turn around, depending on what time of day you place the order.
Gift Packaging:
- All orders will be shipped in either a 4x4 or 5x7 organza bag. If an item won’t fit in either of those sizes, unfortunately none will be provided. If one customer has multiple items, they may all be put in one bag. If a customer is ordering only one item and it will fit in a bag, then it will ship in its own bag.
Custom Logos:
- Yes, but there is a one time $25 setup fee and then each piece is an additional $2 to engrave with the custom logo. If you order 25 or more, as a courtesy we will only charge $1 each to engrave with the custom logo. If you order 50 or more items, as a courtesy we will not charge you the additional amount to engrave with the logo.
Number of Characters for Engraving:
- Soap: 8 characters max
- Shell: 12 characters max
- Jewelry: Three initials or a short name is recommended, but most of the Sterling Jewelry can have more then 8 characters but please note that the engraving may be small.
Engraving Greek Letters:
- In the box where you are to input what you would like to be engraved, please type out the name of the fraternity or sorority or Greek letter (example: Kappa Delta).
Prices:
Prices are not include with any that is shipped to you or a recipient.
Engraving After Shipping:
- You can certainly have this done, but you will end up paying for shipping of the item 3 times – once to have it shipped to you, twice for you to send it back insured to the engraver and third to have it sent back to you once engraved. Also note that depending on the time of year (holidays) it may take a little longer to get it back to you engraved.
Font Selection:
- Our engravers recommend Times Block, Century or Victoria for writing fonts for items, only because they tend to be more legible and show up a little better than other writing fonts. If you are using an '&' they will make the ‘&’ (ampersand) sign a little smaller than the two initials to make it look best.
Inside Engraving:
- We unfortunately can not engrave on the inside of any of our rings or other items. We recommend you take it to a local jeweler who can engrave on the inside afterwards.
Shipping Policies:
- We offer delivery of our gifts to any physical address within the United States. Please keep in mind that Alaska and Hawaii may have higher and additional fees. If you have any questions regarding shipping rates please contact us and we would be glad to help you.
Our Order Processing:
- Monday through Friday we will process and ship your orders, except for holidays. In the case of a holiday, it will be the next business day. Please see below for more detailed shipping and processing policies.
Our Same Day Shipping:
- We do our best to send out your order on the same day if you place the order by 11 a.m. (EST). Those that are placed after that time will be shipped the next business day. If you place your order on a Saturday, Sunday and/or Holidays they will be shipped the next business day, as they are not considered delivery days. Here is an example of a possible instance regarding placing an order and delivery. If you place your order on a Thursday by 11:30 am EST and request 2nd Day delivery, your item will ship on Friday and would be delivered on Tuesday. If you were to place the order on a Friday after 12:00 pm EST and you request 2nd Day delivery your item would ship on Monday and would be delivered on Wednesday. Please note that most items have the option of upgraded shipping, but this does not change the time needed to fulfill the order and all of the shipping upgrades offered (including overnight) do not include holiday or weekend delivery.
Please note that our items are shipped from different places, therefore if you purchase more than one they may not arrive at the same time or in the same box. If you have any questions regarding any of this please contact us.
Our Shipping Rates:
- All shipping and delivery fees are in addition to the price of the item you have ordered. Please review all shipping information before submitting your order, as there are several different delivery options when having an item delivered. Shipping fees are predetermined and are based on the size and weight of the item. There are various shipping rates offered on each item and you have the choice as to which one you would like to use.
The default and standard is ground shipping and the delivery time frame can range from 3 days to 7 days depending on the location it is being shipped from. The price of each shipping choice is displayed for you so that you can make a selection that fits your needs, timeline and budget. Please note that most items have the option of upgraded shipping, but this does not change the time needed to fulfill the order. We do not pad nor inflate the cost of any products with handling or delivery charges, as some gift companies do when they say they have free shipping.
Possible Shipping Carrier Problems:
- If you choose to pay more for expedited shipping and in the unlikely circumstance that a carrier such as FedEx, UPS, DHL, or the USPS does not deliver your gift on time, we will refund your shipping charges to you in full. The exception to this is if it is due to an act of God, war or due to bad or inclement weather.
Valid Addresses Needed:
- It is your responsibility to provide the correct and complete recipient address. Be sure to carefully review all of the shipping information prior to processing your online order. Include their phone number, suite, apartment or condo number (if applicable), street names, street numbers, as well as the city, state and zip code. We are not able to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO Boxes or FPO Boxes. If an error has been made on the shipping address after you have placed the order or if the shipping address needs to be changed please contact us immediately and we will do our best to catch it before the item(s) ships.
Fees Assessed for Invalid Address:
- If an item is returned due to not having the complete or correct shipping information, a re-stocking fee of $20 will be charged to your original payment method. If you are not sure of a delivery address please verify it with the recipient prior to placing your order online. If FedEx UPS, DHL, the USPS or yourself requests a more complete or corrected address after your item has shipped, there is a $15 fee per item and it will be charged to your original payment method. If any of the shipping carriers returns your item(s) to us as undeliverable, you have the option of re-shipping the same item(s) to a new address and paying a new shipping fee, or you may receive a credit for the amount of the item minus a 25% restocking fee. The shipping charge is non-refundable however.
Hospital Delivery of Gifts:
- We recommend not shipping to a hospital as we are not able to guarantee their delivery, as many times a patient has checked out of their room by the time the item has arrived to them. There will be no refunds given if you place a hospital delivery and the patient cannot be located or has been discharged.
Holiday and Christmas Deliveries:
- Please allow more time for shipping during the holidays and be cautious when placing an order for delivery close to the season, as no refunds will be given on late deliveries. Note that there may be some shipping delays during the peak holiday seasons, so be sure to place your orders in advance. Although we try our best to fulfill your delivery date needs, keep in mind that during peak holiday seasons delivery times are not guaranteed by UPS or FedEx or by Seasons and Sentiments. Please feel free to contact us with any inquiries regarding this.
Summer Shipping Regarding Chocolate:
- We do not recommend shipping chocolate items in the summer due to the possibilities of extreme temperatures during shipment. Therefore note that we are not responsible or liable if you do so, and there are concerns with those items once delivered.
